Dow Jones Industrials Kiss the Neckline!

The Dow Industrials rallied to the neckline line, only to kiss it good-bye with a nice bearish upside reversal wick  pattern.

The question now, worth shorting here with tight stop, or wait and see if it can show some confirmation to the downside in the days ahead.
